**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Management of Existing Grants, Funds, and Incentives**:_
- Oversee and manage TrackerHero’s portfolio of active grants, funding, and incentives, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Monitor progress, deadlines, and milestones to ensure proper fund utilization and reporting.
- Provide regular updates on the performance of existing financial resources to the senior management team.
- **Application for New Funding Opportunities**:_
- Ecosystem Partner Relationship Management:

- Act as the main point of contact for key ecosystem partners, fostering relationships with investors, funding bodies, and strategic partners.
- Ensure strong, ongoing communication with partners, facilitating smooth collaboration and exploring new opportunities.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:_
- Stay ahead of emerging funding trends and identify new opportunities in the tech and innovation sectors.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:_
- Work closely with the other department units to align funding strategies with TrackerHero’s overall business goals.
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and initiatives within the Venture & Growth department, supporting the team wherever necessary.
- **Strategic Planning and Growth Support**:_
- Support the development and execution of TrackerHero's funding strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Contribute to growth initiatives, learning opportunities, and strategic discussions that shape the future of TrackerHero.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:_ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- **Experience**:_While prior experience in strategic funding or investor relations is an advantage, fresh graduates with a strong interest in funding and business development are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:_
- Passionate about the startup ecosystem and funding landscape.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on detail and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
