Duties and Responsibility

**A. Safety and Health**
- Ensure observance of safety rules & regulations, personal safety and safety of others at

workplace.
- Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued are properly kept and maintained.
- Ensure all area/work had proper management of hazard and that all work area carried

out according to the safety measure.
- Ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in customers

areas.
- Carried out patrolling as and when necessary, at the site and check for hazards,

damages and building defects and intruders during opening and closing; take action and

report immediately.
- Ensuring the well-being of team members and implementing necessary emergency

measures when encountering a snake in the mall.

**B. Operation**
- Perform daily maintenance duties as scheduled: M&E maintenance, building works,

water features, pneumatic & hydraulic servicing, plumbing, civil, painting etc.
- Handle the issued tools, machineries and M&E equipment with care.
- Attend to ad-hoc & sudden breakdown of any facilities/machineries, perform the

repairs/rectification and made report to superior. Ensure the work are done within the

time allocated.
- Timely report of any difficulty or problem faced to the Superior for a clear direction.
- Attend to and resolve tenants’ complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and

promptness. Check with Superior for any clarification required.
- Ensure all work undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality

standard regulation.
- Monitor the work done by outsource contractor on any outsource repair and

maintenance work. Ensure the work are done according to the Company’s safety and

health rules & regulation.
- To perform Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance based on Routine

**Checklists & Daily Checklists**
- Ensure all job done properly and the area are cleaned after work done.

**Position Requirements**

1. Qualifications: Possess at least SKM / Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),

Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field

3. Skills / Competencies:
a. Pro-active, independent and right attitude.

b. Basic knowledge of M&E equipment operation.

c. Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
