**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Assist in implementing lesson plans under teacher guidance.
- Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce concepts.
- Maintain a positive, organized learning environment.
- Manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules.
- Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources.
- Help in grading and providing feedback on assignments/quizzes/exams.
- Supervise students during lunch, recess, and field trips.
- Ensure student safety in and out of the classroom.
- Communicate student progress and behavior to the teacher and parents.
- Collaborate with school staff to meet student needs.
- Support students in developing language skills.
- Assist with integrating technology into the classroom.
- Help with the use of educational tech tools (computers, tablets, etc.).
- Participate in relevant training or professional development.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: Diploma or Professional Certificate in relevant fields (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Education, TESL, English, Business, Accounting, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to work in **Seri Kembangan**.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- High moral values and discipline.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
