Here’s how you can help.
- ** Equipment Maintenance and Repair**:
- Sustain EMI equipment (Sputtering, Unit Ball Attach, Reflow, Plasma, Taping, Mounting, and De-taping) uptime above the targeted goals.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
- ** Preventive Maintenance**:
- Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions within the stipulated time.
- Ensure zero post-maintenance issues.
- ** Performance Metrics**:
- Maintain and improve Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet or exceed set targets.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Generate and submit reports on equipment status and any deviations from goals.
- ** Safety and Compliance**:
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in Safety, 6S audits and training sessions.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.
- Must be able to work in 12 hour shift
- Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity in computer system & computer network
- Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook
- Able to work independently
- Have a good interpersonal skill
SKILLS:
- Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical)
- Knowledge in Electric / Electronic Component
- Knowledge in Sputtering, Unit Ball Attach, Reflow, Plasma machine will be an added advantage
