**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee overall project activities development for multiple projects across all process, including initiation, planning, execution monitoring, cost control and closure.
- Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/ attend meeting with clients. consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
- Prepare project costing, schedules and progress reports.
- Monitor site progress and design stages in order to meet the costs, quality and timelines
- Responsible for all project’s correspondence and documentations.
- Ensure that the project is completely handed over.
- Reporting to Project Director and Managing Director.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Managers with 3 years' working experience in the Interiors Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
- **Able to write & communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage**.
- Good communication, self motivated and interpersonal skill.
- Willing to travel and preferably willing to work outstation as and when is required. Working location varies.

**Working Location**:
Bandar Bukit Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor

**Working Hour**:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm,

Saturday 9am-3pm

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
