**JUNIOR MAINTENANCE/ TECHNICIAN (CONTRACT / PART-TIME)**

**MINES International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC)** is a subsidiary of a public listed company with its office in Selangor, Malaysia. MIECC provides a magnificent venue for multipurpose usage that can cater to large crowds and elaborate events, trade shows, expositions, symposiums, major gatherings, concerts, corporate functions, dinners and many more.

To cater to our growing business activities, we are hiring Junior Maintenance/ Technician.

**Job Description: -**
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, minor electrical repair and basic air-conditioning servicing.
- Assist in handling preventive maintenance schedules and tasks as endorsed by the Company.
- Monitor contractor’s progress of work and safety compliance
- Assist in setting up for company events and ensuring M&E requirement are fulfilled.
- Handling of events order compliance work and monitoring contractors’ work in compliance with Company’s SOP and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation (physical and electronic) including service reports, breakdown reports, contractor records etc.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience in handyman or building maintenance role (basic knowledge in painting, plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning preferred)
- Able to use tools and perform hands-on repair/ maintenance tasks independently.
- Familiar with general maintenance processes and methods.
- Possess experience and knowledge in maintenance and general plumbing work is an advantage
- Able to work independents with minimum supervision.

Salary : RM1,700 - RM2,500 per month with OT/ performance incentive.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
