**Sales Executive - Frozen Seafood Industry**

We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach and continue our tradition of excellence.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our sales strategies, developing relationships with new and existing customers, and achieving sales targets. You will be the face of our company to our clients, understanding their needs, and offering them the best seafood solutions that meet their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Involve in preparation of sales reports and forecasts, analysing market trends and sales data to inform future strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our product range, the seafood industry, and sustainable practices. On-the-job training will be provided.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the frozen seafood or related FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, dynamics, and the ability to form lasting customer relationships.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficient in SQL Accounting is a big plus, but not compulsory.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
