About the role

As a Site Supervisor at X-JOB HOLDINGS SDN BHD', you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities at our projects in Penang. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Experience and familiar with construction Mechanical Works (Fire Fighting System)
Supervise all site activities, monitor the work progress to meet the target of every stage of completion of the construction works
Report to project/site manager regularly with updates on the construction works.
Discuss with sub-contractors on daily work schedule and resolve any outstanding matters that can cause delay.
Ensure work quality is achieved and safely regulations are complied.
Carry out necessary site inspections from time to time.
Ensure the material receipts are being delivered to the designated location.
Liaise and coordinate with designers/contractors at site and submit written report accordingly.
Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensuring that quality/types/dimensions are as per the specified requirements.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior/management.
