HR Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
**2.Screening and Interviewing**:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct in-depth interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Coordinate and schedule follow-up interviews and assessments as required.
**4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and specifications.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
**5.** **Employer Branding**:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other potential talent sources.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
