HR - Lead and supervise the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth daily operations. - Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations. - Implement and revise HR policies, aligning them with current labor laws and organizational objectives - Execute performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and facilitating feedback sessions to support employee growth and organizational objectives." - Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. - Visit and liaise with government subsidiaries and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management. - Evaluate manpower provider performance and seek for new opportunities if needed. - Any ad-hoc task when assigned. **Admin** - Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities - Organize company events, annual dinner, meetings, and team-building activities. - Coordinate logistics for conferences, workshops, and seminars. - Handle facility-related issues, such as office repairs and maintenance. - Managing the HR and Admin department budget. - Attend and prepare documents for different audits. E.g. ISO 9001 - Handle canteen management, including vendor coordination, food quality and hygiene. - Any ad-hoc task when assigned.
