**1. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management**
- Identify, evaluate, and develop global suppliers for semiconductor materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and long-term value creation.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and continuous improvement.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs for quality, delivery, and cost.

**2. Procurement Operations**
- Execute purchase orders and manage procurement activities in line with corporate policies.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.

**3. Cost Management & Market Analysis**
- Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations.
- Monitor semiconductor market trends, raw material price fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics.
- Support cost reduction initiatives, value engineering, and alternative sourcing strategies.

**4. Compliance & Risk Management**
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the global supply chain, including geopolitical, environmental, and supplier capacity risks.
- Ensure adherence to industry-specific compliance, such as export control and conflict mineral regulations.

**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align sourcing with product requirements and new product introduction (NPI) timelines.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to optimise supply chain efficiency.
- Provide procurement insights to support strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of semiconductor materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and cross-cultural environment.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
