**Job Title: IT Project Manager - Banking & Testing Delivery**

**Competencies & Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related field.
- **5 to 7 years** of proven experience in **Project Management** within IT.
- Minimum of **4 years’ experience in Banking IT Projects**.
- Completed at least **2 full project lifecycles as a Test Manager or Test Lead**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage **multiple concurrent projects**, ensuring effective execution and delivery.
- Oversee the **entire testing lifecycle**, including:

- **SIT/UAT test planning**:

- **Test strategy development**:

- **Test case preparation**:

- **Test resource planning**:

- **Test execution and progress tracking**:

- **Defect management and resolution**:

- Prepare and present **test dashboard reports**; lead **defect review meetings** with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
- Collaborate closely with **off-site development teams and vendors** to ensure timely project deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless communication across teams.

**Project Governance & Risk Management**
- Monitor and track **project delivery progress** and **timeline adherence**.
- Actively manage project issues and risks, driving timely resolution and mitigation.
- Control and report on **project budget and expenses**.
- Ensure compliance with **GPLC governance** and maintain all required **project documentation**.

**Technical & Functional Skills**
- Strong understanding of **project management methodologies** and tools.
- Proven domain knowledge of **Banking IT systems** and **testing best practices**.
- Excellent skills in **stakeholder management**, **issue resolution**, and **progress reporting**.
- Comfortable managing **vendor relationships** and working within a **matrixed organization**.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Project Management within IT.: 3 years (required)
- Banking IT Projects.: 2 years (required)
- 2 full project lifecycles as a Test Manager or Test Lead.: 2 years (preferred)
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects: 2 years (preferred)
- entire testing lifecycle: 2 years (preferred)
- project delivery progress and timeline adherence.: 2 years (preferred)
- GPLC governance: 1 year (preferred)
