Training Executive/officer

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct new hire orientation / induction to all new join staff.
- Send out and follow up on Employee and Department Training Needs Assessment (TNA) annually
- Compile TNA and prepare Annual Training Plan for approval
- Liaise with Training Provider for Training arrangement based on Annual Training Plan
- Liaise with Account department for training payment and follow up with Training Provider for payment receipt
- Schedules, arrange training venue, meals, prepare materials and equipment.
- Prepare training evaluation report to measure effectiveness of training.
- Record all attendance in both softcopy and hardcopy
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least Diploma in HR, Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field in manufacturing industry.
- Well verse in Employment Act.
- Able to work independently with less supervision.
- Good in both English and Malay.
- Confident to speak in public.
- Possess a pro-active and positive work attitude, hands on experience with HR & Administration duties.
- Able to multitask and work in fast placed environment.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
