Build up sales channel encompassing offline and online platform.
- Assist in managing sales activities, actively participate in planning, coordination, and execution. Analyse and report on sales performance across these platforms.
- Manage brand website and brand social media pages (FB,TikTok, IG). Ensure brand consistency and quality content. Enhance website SEO & overall presentation.
- Assist in marketing activities including liaise with KOL/KOC, leaflet printing, copywriting etc.
- Prepare marketing materials for product launches and event
- Market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in current TikTok, IG, & Facebook content marketing.
- Plan for content (storyboard & script writeup) & create short videos for TikTok, IG, YouTube, Facebook. Analyse and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute and brainstorm ideas for any further marketing activities.
- Support the company for daily operation of e-commerce stores (Shopee. Lazada, Tiktok & Website)
- Coordinating courier shipping and order follow-ups.
- Managing and responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in handling Tiktok platform
- Proficient in using Tiktok shop
- Passionate about the product
- Editing skills using Capcut / other editing apps
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
