**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, drainage, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.
- Check and ensure the facilities equipment is in a good condition such as sewerage, fire alarm system, M&E, Genset and drainage systems.
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Plan and schedule repairs.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Lead and participate in diagnoses of equipment vibration failures, analysis and eliminate root cause.
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
- Carry out a detailed evaluation of workshop equipment to ensure that they are in good condition for proper functioning
- Support & assist the building facility team member on the day-to-day activities.
- Maintain and submit all maintenance record.
- Participate in auditing building facilities.
- Perform related duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-3 years of working experience as a General Infrastructure Technician
- English and Bahasa literate in both written and spoken
- Result oriented
- Must possess a team spirit and be able to work well in a team environment.
- Creative problem solver
- Willing to work within shift schedule
