**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to manage the Company’s social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Member Apps.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns and promotions.
- Plan, co-develop, publish and monitor social media content and track the performance to see if they meet the company’s branding and business objectives
- Writing clear and error-free content for company’s social medial platforms, website and digital platform that reflects the company’s voice.
- Responsible to brainstorm and generate ideas on social media marketing campaigns.
- Responsible to prepare monthly social media reports to generate insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely and coordinated posts across all platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Analyse performance data to measure success, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Keep up with the latest trends and platform updates to ensure our social media strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Handling marketing ad-hoc tasks that being assigned by superior.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or any other related disciplines
- Possess minimum 2 years of hand-on experience on managing social media platforms
- Required language(s): Malay & English with strong presentation skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines

**Added advantages**:

- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to drive performance.
- Ability to work closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Knowledge of basic design skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop) are a plus

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 2 years (required)
- Digital marketing: 2 years (required)
- Google Analytics: 1 year (preferred)
- Facebook Advertising: 2 years (preferred)
- Copywriting: 2 years (required)
