**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Monitor procurement requests and ensure timely and accurate order placements.
- Analyze purchase requisitions and review specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage vendor databases, evaluate performance, and resolve supply issues or delays.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Inventory) to align procurement needs with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of trends, pricing, and new supply sources.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory procurement policies.

Pay: RM1,927.71 - RM7,151.84 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
