**Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee and manage overall product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms**, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and website.
- **Consistently update product pricing, visuals, and inventory levels**to ensure accuracy and alignment with sales strategies.
- **Monitor store performance by tracking key performance metrics**, including sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, across marketplaces.
- **Monitor advertising spend** (e.g. Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads) and evaluate the return on investment (ROI).
- **Plan and execute promotional campaigns** aligned with marketplace calendars.
- **Conduct regular competitor research** to understand pricing strategies, promotions, and product offerings.
- **Coordinate with internal teams** to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stock-outs.
- **Stay informed on emerging e-commerce trends and continuously adapt strategies**to align with client expectations and industry best practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in e-commerce industry.
- Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
