We're looking for an **Assistant Logistics Manager**, who is adept and experienced in outbound delivery planning, analysis and management. We are a company specialised in Frozen Chicken products and we supply fresh chickens to clients across Johor every day.

**Assistant Logistics Manager**

**Pay**:RM 4,000 - RM 5,500

**Location**:Ulu Choh

**Working hours**:Monday to Saturday 9 am - 5 pm (Go back once task finished)

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement the logistics operations for the day - Routes planning and delivery schedules.
- Ensure driver's attendance and compliance during delivery including having them to carry out vehicle inspection before departure - Daily briefing and management.
- Monitor and acquire insights thus, analyse the logistics performance and find ways to possibly improve them to optimise resource utilisation including diesel usage, on-time delivery and so on - Reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with relevant departments such as Inventory and Production to ensure adequate and quality stocks to be delivered on each day to ensure efficient delivery with accurate amount - Communication and double-checking.
- Train and brief new drivers on company's procedures and best practices - Onboarding and training.
- Identify potential ways to mitigate unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdown and come up with a resolution when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Higher in relevant field such as Supply Chain or Logistics.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Logistics (Preferably Outbound Delivery).
- Detail-oriented, leadership spirit and analytical to resolve issues when arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 per month
