Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop, manage, and oversee the annual budgeting process.
- Prepare financial forecasts and update them regularly based on actual performance and market conditions.
- Identify and explain variances between actual results and budgeted figures.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll. (Full Set Accounting)
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts. Internal Controls and Compliance:

- Implement and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Develop and implement cash flow improvement strategies.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning and business development activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in finance and accounting management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
