Your new responsibilities
- Lead and execute internal audits (preparation, fieldwork, and report-writing) in a wide range of audit topics for all affiliated companies of ams OSRAM Group comprising audits of company critical processes in various units, entity audits as well as risk management and internal control system related audits.&
- Assess internal control weaknesses and inefficiencies of operations, identify risks in internal processes and procedures.
- Determine and prepare audit scope, e.g. based on interviews with key stakeholders in different functions. Autonomously create work programs from scratch for different audit topics.
- Develop audit specific work programs;&Assign work packages to team members, coordinate, and supervise team members, independently execute and document individual audit steps and identify weak points.
- Evaluate and verifies the accuracy of financial statements and management report documents.&
- Elaborate audit results, align those and respective audit measures with the responsible parties and prepare an audit report tailored to the respective addressees.
- Support and consult the auditee regarding the implementation of action items during the follow-up.
- Participate in projects supporting the continuous improvement of the audit function.

What we look for
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or in a technical discipline.
- Semiconductor knowledge or work experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in core business processes, e.g. Operations, SCM, R&D, Procurement.
- Experience in leading projects and collaboration with different functions.
- Audit or consulting work experiences and competencies desired, profound business knowledge and understanding of business' value drivers.
- Career changers and lateral thinkers with practical experience in the technical environment are very welcome.
- SAP knowledge and Advanced MS Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint) fundamentalpreferred.
- Excellent command of oral and written business English.
- Willingness to travel (~25%).
