Assistant Admin Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in overseeing daily hospital operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support middle management in implementing policy decisions.
- Assess operational needs and recommend improvements.
- Identify problems and initiate corrective actions.
- Direct change initiatives and resolve conflicts.
- Continuously evaluate the hospital’s standard of care.
- Coordinate and provide assistance on legal matters.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies on regulatory issues.
- Recommend policy changes to improve quality of care to the Medical Superintendent and Executive Committee.
- Perform secretarial duties for the Executive Committee.
- Manage and plan major hospital events and meetings (e.g., Annual Dinner, Director’s Meeting, EXCO).
- Liaise with consultants and doctors on contracts, engagement terms, and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, audits, and resolve operational issues including patient complaints and cost compliance.
- Oversee hospital marketing matters and materials such as brochures and magazines.
**Requirements**:
- **Qualification**: Degree in Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- **Knowledge**: Minimum 5 years of management experience in a healthcare provider setup.
- **Skills**: Effective team player with strong communication and management abilities.
- Committed, independent, mature, and demonstrates leadership qualities.
- Possesses a self-driven and positive attitude.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
