Captain Waiter

**Job Summary**

**AURORA BISTRO** is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Captain Waiter** to lead our service team. As the Captain Waiter, you’ll ensure smooth operations on the dining floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create a welcoming environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the waitstaff team, ensuring high standards of service
- Welcome and seat guests, providing menu recommendations and taking orders as needed
- Train, motivate, and guide new team members
- Oversee daily operations, including table arrangements, cleanliness, and service flow
- Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate orders
- Maintain inventory and restock as needed to support efficient service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities with ease
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
