TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA (SCOPE MENYELURUH HR):
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Iklan jawatan kosong, saringan, temuduga, surat tawaran
- Susun jadual orientasi dan penempatan pekerja (pejabat & tapak)
2. Payroll & Overtime Management
- Kira gaji bulanan melalui Excel/sistem
- Kira OT ikut jadual kerja (cut-off, shift, hadir/lambat)
- Pengurusan elaun, potongan, pinjaman & bonus
3. Performance & KPI Monitoring
- Susun KPI individu, jabatan & pantau bulanan
- Sediakan laporan prestasi dan tindakan lanjut
- Kaji kenaikan gaji & penilaian tahunan
4. HR Policies & Disciplinary Action
- Merangka & kemaskini polisi HR syarikat
- Sediakan surat tunjuk sebab, amaran 1-3, gantung kerja
- Uruskan kes ponteng, salah laku, kelewatan
5. Engagement & Staff Welfare
- Rancang aktiviti: Hari Keluarga, Team Building, Jamuan
- Kebajikan: MC, cuti, KWSP, SOCSO, elaun, faedah
- Dengar maklum balas staf & wujudkan suasana positif
6. HR Admin & Reporting
- Fail pekerja, surat rasmi, memo, attendance
- Audit data HR: data masuk/keluar, sijil, kursus
- Hantar laporan bulanan kepada pengurusan
7. Training, Safety & Compliance
- Kenal pasti keperluan latihan (technical/soft skill)
- Anjur latihan, daftar HRD Corp / CIDB
- Pantau pematuhan Akta Kerja & audit projek
SYARAT & KELAYAKAN:
Minimum Bachelor In Human Resources
Pengalaman 3-5 tahun dalam HR menyeluruh
Arif Akta Kerja 1955, Akta Keselamatan & undang-undang berkaitan
Mampu urus pelbagai tugas HR tanpa pantauan rapat
Mahir Excel, sistem SQL Payroll, dan aplikasi digital
Berkomunikasi dengan semua peringkat
Seorang yang beretika, tegas, sabar, dan proaktif
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
