Job responsibilities

Line Leader has overall accountability for the shift performance of their lines in production. They ensure high quality product is produced and on-time. The Line Leader is responsible for efficiently coordinating the labor force to perform their required job duties while achieving safety, quality and performance standards in meeting with production requirements.

Job requirements

Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation
Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, pick and pack functions
Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment
Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field

Minimum one to two years' experience in similar role
Able to work on shift and at section 26, shah alam
