**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to gather or confirm information in a clear and professional manner
- Ensure accurate documentation and update records in the system
- Follow up on pending items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain professionalism and excellent service quality during every interaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Adhere to internal processes and ensure all work is completed with attention to detail

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Minimum education**:SPM**
- **Fresh graduates**are encouraged to apply
- Experience in **customer service, call center, or telemarketing** is an added advantage
- Good communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**
- Confident phone manner and a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Must be **Malaysian citizen** and able to **start immediately or on short notice**

**Work Schedule & Location**
- **Work Days**: Monday - Friday
- **Work Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Location**: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (easily accessible via LRT - Bangsar & Abdullah Hukum)
