**JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in coordinating daily logistics operations.
- Support in managing inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies under supervision.
- Assist in preparing quotations and related shipping documentation for filing.
- Monitor shipment tracking (ETD/ETA) and update the relevant parties accordingly.
- Assist in updating customers on shipment status and follow up on delivery progress.
- Help resolve minor logistics issues and discrepancies under supervision.
- Maintain proper records of logistics transactions and inventory updates.
- Learn to identify and understand custom Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.**:

- Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, or supply chain processes is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- **Able to commit** to an internship period of at least **6 months.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
