JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing Employee Life Cycle end to end work event.
Performs Human Resource operation management functions that covered resolution of internal customer queries regarding payroll, benefits, international mobility, database management, work events and also external request (employment verification, queries from govt bodies & etc)
Employee LifeCycle Process- Update new hire data to ensure all required data is in WD. (Bank account, statutory update, location, work pattern, employment history, education background and etc)- To update any employee movement (e.g location, work pattern, transfer company/cost center, PN movement)- To update Workday for any compensation/ allowances changes including letter issuance- Perform any data correction (change hire date) or rescind new hire transaction for no show case- Support offboarding process
Employee Helpdesk- Attend to employee daily query and internal stakeholder request- Employee verification from both internal & external parties (bank, new employer, government bodies and etc)
Expat Management-
- Invoice validation and processing**REQUIREMENTS**:
Requirement
- Min 2 years of experience in handling expat mobility and HR operations
- Able to handle high volume of work given a tight deadline
- Good to have knowledge using the HR Information System/ HR Database System
