Distribution Specialist

**Technical**:

- Monitor the Distribution, Logistics & Customer Service processes performed by 3PL distribution service providers to be in line with contract & SLA's
- Identify 3PL distribution service providers performance gaps and improve the result
- Monitor the Sales order to cash process and stock movement processed by 3PL distribution service providers
- Reconcile and monitor distribution cost

**Operations**:

- Monitor 3PL distribution service providers performed activities:

- Distribution
- Primary Distribution(Inbound/Goods receipt process)
- Secondary Distribution(Commercial in Market)
- Customer Service
- Domestic Customer Service (all in-,market SOTC activities)
- Ensure all AZ customers receive goods delivery to agreed timelines
- End product awareness re orders, back orders, new products
- Handle the internal customers' complaint and follow up to close the service gap with service provider timely
- SOTC Operations
- Information interface for sales order to cash
- PTP Operations
- Monitor the stock movement according system interface
- Manage all stock related tasks, (write off, stock take, audit etc.)
- Reconcile monthly ending stock balance between SAP system and distribution service provider's system, driving the variance / gap closure Process purchase to pay activities
- GATM, NTHU pack - Conversion, Short expiry stock arrangement
- GATM stock and short expiry stock management
- Reconcile stock balance on monthly basis
- Record and manage GCM S&L supply logistics complaints
- Action S&L complaints with LSP’s, ensuring appropriate CAPA implementation within agreed timelines

**Improvements**:

- Execute the Developed distribution to be aligned with AZ business requirements
- Work with the Demand & Commercial team to meet agreed domestic customers' requirements
- Manage 3PL distribution service providers to ensure the provision of contractual services meet customer requirements
- Ensure KPI reporting is completed as per agreed timelines and drive service gap closure
- Follow up CAPA with 3PL distribution service providers to enhance performance
- Represent local distribution in Continuous improvement / best practice sharing forums

**Cost Management**:

- Monitor Secondary Distribution monthly cost and find the root cause for the variances comparing with budget
- Propose annual budgets to line manager

**Engagement and simplification**:

- Proactive support for any supply related project and initiatives.

**Safety, Health & Environment**:

- Work in a manner promoting the safety
- and well-being of self, others and environment to 3Pt distribution service providers
- Participate in AZ SHE initiatives e.g. recycling and waste reduction
- Proactively identify SHE hazards and take appropriate action

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Manage local LSP according to the “Supplier Management Framework”.
- Ensure SLA's and RACI's with relevant stakeholders are in place.
- Monitors key performance indicators, identifying and addressing issues as appropriate and directing the delivery of process and operational enhancements to increase effectiveness of the logistic provision.

**Compliance**:

- Ensures that Country's of responsibility is compliant with all relevant local legal requirements, such as GDP, Safety, personal rights..)
- Ensures that Country's of responsibility is compliant and fulfil all relevant AZ compliance requirements (DoA, BCP, IRM, RRA, GDP)
- Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to the role.
- Complete all required training on time
- Report proactively potential issues of non-compliance (AZ Standards, Quality, SHE).
