**Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager**

**Industry: Logistic & Warehouse**

**Salary Range: RM100000-RM150000**

**Location: Klang**

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with business team and strategy team, provide optimized financial solution

or advice to support business requirement by collaborating with cross functional teams

when necessary.
- Responsible for the timely analysis on the financial data and generating commentary on

the effectiveness of the cost tracking and recovery and overall financial position.
- Preparation of management report or any report is required by management.
- Provide financial expertise, insights, and recommendations on financial matter for

decision making.
- Liaise with external advisors, lawyers, financial experts, bankers, potential client, and

regulatory bodies.
- Responsible in ensuring proper due diligence conducted prior to submission to

regulatory authorities.
- To evaluate and enhance the Group’s risk and control framework on good corporate

governance.
- Provide investment advice, tactics, and recommendation
- Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in related field, especially related to industrial

construction projects/investment.
- Experienced in automation or digitalization will be an added advantage.
- Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, highly organized, proactive, committed, and

strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in MIDA will be added advantages
- Experience in IPO
- Required skill(s): MS Office - Excel, Word & Power Point.
- Have knowledge in accounting software Auto Count is advantage

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
