**Job: Human Resource Executive**

**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible in handling manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and development.

3. Monitor and checking payroll provided by human resource admin.

4. Assist and work closely with head of department.

5. Responsible on company’s training and development, such as develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career growth and advancement.

6. Responsible in handling staff’s KPI matter; such as checking, evaluate and tracking staff KPI submission.

7. To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 2 years and above of working experience in related field.

3. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Well verse with Sarawak Labour Ordinance and Industrial Act.

5. Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Good in Communication skills, Problem solving and Decision-making skills.

Salary Range: RM 2500-RM 3500++ (Depending on working experience)
