We are looking for a proactive and organised **Administrative and Operation Assistant / Executive** to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, working in a dynamic environment, and ensuring smooth office processes.

This is a **full-time position** based in **Petaling Jaya, Selangor.**

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Assist in organising and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Work closely with different departments to support daily business operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and smooth services.
- Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and assisting with any operational issues.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Diploma or Degree** in Business administration, management or any related field.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
