If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us - Support product development, product management and portfolio management in achieving business objectives and goals. - Develop high yield products that comply with BNM guidelines and the Bank’s compliance requirements. - Work with relevant stakeholders on any responses/feedback which is mortgage related and required by ABM and BNM within stipulated timeline given. - Work with respective internal & external stakeholders to ensure product/campaigns are properly executed in a timely manner - Provide advice to salesperson/Branch on campaign/product/policy/processes inquiry. - Work with frontliners, call centre, VOC and other units to resolve customer requests/complaints timely and efficiently. - Develop strategies/plans/processes to prevent or minimize occurrences of complaints. - Work with relevant stakeholders on board pricing related issues and strategies. - Ensure compliance in all internal and external dealings. - About Hong Leong Bank_ - We are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
