Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. - Responding promptly to customers from service centers on their inquiries and calls. - Handle problematic shipments with also monitoring of drivers. - Communicating with customers through various channels. - Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. - Knowing our process inside and out so that you can answer questions. - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints (custom clearance of international shipments) - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. - Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. - Managing a team of junior customer service representatives. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. - Manage and deploy equipment to designated service centers. Qualifications and Education Requirements - Minimum qualification is Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U - Required language(s): Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. Preferred Skills - Basic operation knowledge on Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint is needed. - Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, responsible & accountable - Good interpersonal skills - Pay attention to details **Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
