You’ll begin by mastering our sales process while building real connections with customers. From there, we’ll provide you with hands-on training in team management, client relations, and business development—preparing you for growth into leadership roles within our company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent clients professionally through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support team development through mentoring and training new hires
- Participate in ongoing workshops to develop leadership and communication skills
- Take on increasing responsibility in team leadership and campaign management

**What We’re Looking For**
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Must be based in Kuala Lumpur or willing to commute

Pay: RM1,920.10 - RM2,500.00 per month
