Location: Menara UOA Bangsar (reachable by LRT)
Working days: Mon-Fri
**Job Description (Updated)**
- Coordinate and manage training courses, both online and in-person, held at major hotels in Kuala Lumpur.
- Represent the company and engage with corporate clients across all levels during training sessions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and event support throughout all stages of the training — from planning to completion.
- Work closely with hotel representatives for meeting room reservations and event planning.
- Liaise with Course Leaders/Trainers to ensure smooth operations on the training day.
- Maintain accurate registration records and handle administrative inquiries related to the training courses.
- Coordinate, plan, and negotiate with suppliers for course materials, office supplies, and travel arrangements.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in Administration or the Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
