HR Executive

**Job Vacancy: HR Executive (Mandarin Speaking)**

**Location: Bukit Raja, Klang**

**Salary Range: RM 3000 - RM 5500 (depending on experience)**

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team on a long-term basis at our factory in Bukit Raja. The role involves handling various HR functions, assisting in worker-related matters, and acting as the liaison between the factory and our agency. The HR Executive will primarily manage HR tasks for our client’s factory, with additional responsibilities for external client matters as secondary.

**Responsibilities**:
Worker Management:

- Oversee worker attendance and manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Manage workers' welfare, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Handle government statutory compliance, including EPF, SOCSO, and other legal requirements.

HR Functional Support:

- Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure the factory complies with all labor laws and company policies.

Liaison Role:

- Act as a middleman between the factory and our agency, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Prioritize HR tasks for the client’s factory and handle external client matters as needed.

Communication:

- Maintain clear communication between the management, workers, and the agency to ensure all HR issues are efficiently resolved.
- Report and escalate any critical HR-related matters to the appropriate parties.

**Requirements**:

- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay for effective communication with workers and management.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR, especially in a factory environment, is preferred. Experience handling payroll, worker welfare, and statutory requirements is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Work Environment: This position will be based full-time at the Bukit Raja factory.
