**Your responsibilities will be to**:

- Promptly responding to breakdowns and troubleshooting system issue for Branches and HQ - Investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults;
- Installing and configuring computer, hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners;
- Attend to phone calls from branches and HQ and follow through on incidence or request solution;
- Logging of incidents and change requests for follow through action;
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies;
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks via system alert software for prompt rectification and action;
- Providing support, including creating and updating IT Operations procedures or user guides or reporting;
- Source for quotation to ITSD for PR creation;
- Installation and prompt troubleshooting of issues related to CCTV equipment such as NVR, Projector setup, alarm and etc;
- Implement network security measures - logical or physical security.

**To be eligible for this role, you will require**:

- Diploma or degree in IT or computing
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in IT Support
- Experience of working on IT Support role
- Clear communicator (written and verbal), capable of prioritising and managing own workload
- Basic technical skills in computer hardware
- Posses motorcycle/car license for travelling purpose

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
