Accounts Administrator

We are looking for a sophisticated and organized Accounts Administrator to manage and support our finance team. This role involves providing administrative and accounting to the accounting department and other related departments such as managing daily administrative tasks, processing transactions, assisting with full-cycle of financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Manage a full bookkeeping
- Prepare cheques/payment instruction, updating the schedule/records.
- Ensure proper filling & scanning of documentation.
- Key in data into accounting system and ensure account are up to date at all time.
- **Experience in SQL is more advantage**:
- Assist daily administrative work.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
- Data Entry:
- Enter financial transactions into accounting software (SQL).
- Update and maintain financial records.
- Financial Reporting:
Preparing financial statements and reports. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Process invoices and payments. Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies. Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents. Assist with audits and other administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- General Administrative Support
- Taxation: KEY-IN, RECORD & RETURN TAX.
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
Venue (on-site): Mont' Kiara
**Working Schedule: MON- FRI, 8am-5pm**
