**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients within the designated market segment.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our recycling services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services, pricing, and terms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach and increasing sales.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in indoor sales, preferably in the recycling or environmental industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of recycling processes and environmental sustainability practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
