**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction.

**2. Manage Shipments**
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, unpacking, and verifying inventory.
- Ensure products are properly stored, organized, and ready for restocking.
- Coordinate with the team to manage stock levels and replenish items on the sales floor.

**3. In-Store Sales**
- Engage with customers to promote in-store sales and meet daily sales targets.
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments.

**4. Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and availability.
- Communicate product information clearly to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

**5. Administrative Duties**
- Record daily sales, prepare sales reports, and update stock records.
- Assist with inventory checks and audits as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
