**Key Responsibility**
- 2. Develop, maintain & promote the organization's products, brand image, services, and offerings to the target market in the region.
- 3. Plan & organize Sales Roadshow and campaign to promote Road tour event.
- 4. Manage, audit, and maintain owned digital media including creating relevant and engaging digital contents.
- 5. Grow social media presence and ensure best practices are in place.
- 6. Track and report performance metrics of digital marketing campaigns. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- 7. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, identify critical conversion and drop-off points.
- 8. Conduct market research to identify the needs and preferences of the target market in the region, as well as staying updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- 9. Develop and maintain relationships with Sales Outlets, artist and influencers to secure positive coverage and increase visibility for company.
- 10. Strategize & manage Marketing Team to produce digital/conventional content, poster and any related marketing job.
- 11. Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and other resources that support their sales efforts and help them close more deals.
- 12. Develop and manage the marketing budget for the region, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that expenditures are within the budget.
- 13. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular updates to the senior management team, and making recommendations for improvement.
- 14. Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements/Qualification
- Diploma or degree in marketing or communications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the internet/social networking industry.
- Proven track records on campaigns and integrated campaign management
- Collaborative attitude, exceptional organizational and strong interpersonal skills
- Data-oriented and self-motivated with attention to detail and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Strong digital marketing skills, with experience in developing and implementing campaigns across various channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong budgeting skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
