**Job Discription**

As a **Module Development & **Administrative Assistant Of** **Operation**, you are responsible for the following tasks:
1. Organizing and administering student records.

2. Overseeing the student admissions and graduation process.

3. Ensuring records are updated with new grades, attendance, etc.

4. Updated system under Government department MOE/ JKM etc.

5. Preparing document and processing Student Visa

6. Preparing document and processing Staff Visa

7. Performing clerical tasks, such as printing academic transcripts for students.

8. Keeping student information confidential and secure.

9. Work as a team with other members of staff in planning instructional goals, objectives, and methods.

10. To abide by the company policy and procedures provided by the Human Resource department which will be reviewed from time to time.

11. To meet and strive to exceed, personal and workgroup targets for Key Performance Indicators as set from time to time by the employer.

12. Perform any other duties as entrusted to you by HOD/Management Team/CEO/Board of Directors.

13. Replacement classes if needed

14. Make sure cleanliness and maintaining school property

15. Take care any tools and property under company

16. Checking stock and asset company

17. Work together as a teamwork with other staff

18. Preparation student uniform and checking stock

**Requirements**:
*Degree holder from recognised Universities or private higher Institution

*Fresh graduates with good grades can be considered

*Preferably able to start work immediately

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,768.00 - RM1,944.00 per month
