**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to prepare the proposal and document related of the training.
- Coordinate logístical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, room setup and equipment requirements.
- Being a coordinator during the training with client.
- Communicate with clients to understand their training needs and requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and clients to assess program effectiveness.
- Utilize relevant technology and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and others data.
- Arranging both internal/ external events.
- Support the implementation of sales plans to achieve monthly & annual revenue targets
- Recruit internal and external Sales Person to market courses, products and service.
- Actively pursue and close deals to meet assigned sales targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline trough regular follow-up, calls & meetings
- Assist in updating sales forecasts and and performance reports.
- Work with the marketing team to implement campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Conduct follow-ups and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge

**Qualifications**
- Experienced in firefighting industries will be an advantage
- Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Age: 22 - 45 years old
