Admin/accounts Executive

**5 DAYS/WEEK**
- Responsible for key-in agent claims and process claims;
- To issue official receipts for the payment received;
- To prepare payment vouchers/cheques and key-in the payment to the accounting software system;
- To check the bank statement and do the bank reconciliation;
- To attend enquiries, complaints from the owners/tenants tactfully;
- To prepare invoices for agents;
- To do basic accounting.
**Requirements:
- **
- Diploma/Degree in Property Management/Business Admin or any related field;
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Real Estate Industry;
- Knowledge of the SQL Accounting Software;
- Fresh graduate in Real Estate Management are encouraged to apply;
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
