Executive, Sales Counter Stockroom Operations

**Overview of the Position**:
The Sales Processing Staff role ensures efficient store room operations and provides excellent service to Independent Business Owners (IBOs). This position is responsible for stock room duties, encompassing stock receiving, replenishment, organization, and inventory management. Additionally, the role supports sales transactions and delivers customer service at the sales counter.
**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:
**1. Store Room Operations**:
- **Receiving and Processing Shipments**: Receive and verify stock shipments against orders and packing slips, noting discrepancies and damages.
- **Stock Replenishment**: Monitor stock levels in the stock room and proactively replenish inventory to prevent shortages and maintain a consistent supply of products.
- **Stock Room Management**: Arrange stock in a manner that facilitates efficient picking and packing, minimizing the time required to fulfil orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional stock room environment.
- **Safe Stock Handling**: Handle heavy cartons and stock movements with utmost care and attention to safety.
- **Inventory Management**: Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- **Stock Ordering & rotation**: Place weekly stock orders to ensure product availability and prevent stock outs by monitoring order lead times and adjusting schedules. Monitor stock rotation to minimize the risk of product expirations and waste.
**2. Sales Counter & Customer Service**:
- **Customer Experience**: Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the sales counter.
- **Sales Transactions**: Assist IBOs in processing sales transactions, including order entry, payment processing, and product packaging. Ensure accuracy in all transactions and adhere to established sales procedures.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide updated product information and promotional details to IBOs, highlighting new products, special offers, and upcoming events.
- **Event Participation**: Participate in company events and promotional activities as and when required.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager to support overall operations.
**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:
- **Detail-oriented** with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to **work independently** and collaboratively.
- **Proficient in basic computer skills**, including data entry and inventory management software.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in stockroom management, inventory handling, or a related field is highly desirable.
- **Physical Fitness**: Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and stock movement.
- **Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)**:
- **Working days : Monday to Friday (10am - 7pm)**
