**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of **Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)** environments.
- Support and monitor **VMware vSphere** infrastructure, including VM provisioning, resource allocation, and troubleshooting.
- Perform routine server maintenance tasks such as patch management, backups, and monitoring system performance.
- Respond to service tickets and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for server-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
- Work with senior administrators to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Ensure system availability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and tuning.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours incidents as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in a Windows and/or VMware administration role.
- Basic understanding of **Windows Server OS**, **Active Directory**, **DNS**, **DHCP**, and **Group Policy**.
- Familiarity with **VMware vSphere/ESXi**, vCenter, and VM tools.
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools and backup solutions is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- VMware/Windows admin: 3 years (required)
- Oracle/MySQL: 2 years (required)
