The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing the daily operations of specify program ensuring they align with organizational goals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to resolve issues and support program success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute program activities, ensuring all operations are aligned with the overall objectives.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange schedules, book venues, and coordinate logistics, including facilities, equipment, and materials.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between staff, participants, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and maintaining positive relationships.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track program progress, collect feedback, and assess outcomes to ensure goals are met. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Monitor program expenses and budget allocation, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.
- Participant Support: Assist with participant onboarding, enrollment, and provide support throughout the program duration.
- Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate program records, attendance logs, and relevant documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues, troubleshoot, and implement solutions to keep the program on track.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure programs comply with internal policies, legal guidelines, and any applicable regulatory requirements.
- Event Planning (if applicable): Organize program-related events, workshops, or training sessions.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
