**Job Summary**

The Creator Management Executive is responsible for recruiting, managing, and nurturing creators to effectively promote our products and drive sales. This role requires building strong relationships with creators, monitoring their performance, aligning content with the company’s marketing strategy, and ensuring high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruit Creators**: Identify, approach, and recruit creators who align with our brand values and can effectively promote our products across various platforms.
- **Monitor Creator Content**: Oversee the content produced by creators to ensure it meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and aligns with marketing goals.
- **Incubate Creators**: Provide guidance, resources, and support to help creators develop their content skills, grow their audience, and enhance their promotional effectiveness.
- **Manage Creator Performance**: Track and analyze the performance of creators, including content engagement and sales driven by their promotions, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring a positive and collaborative partnership that fosters long-term engagement.
- **Sample Management**: Prepare and send product samples to creators in a timely manner, ensuring they have the necessary materials to create engaging content.
- **Content Alignment**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that creator content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand messaging

- Sales generated by creators.
- Creator engagement and content reach.
- Creator retention and satisfaction rates.
- Timely delivery and quality of content.
- Alignment of content with marketing strategy.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in creator/influencer management, social media marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance analysis and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Adaptable and open to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
