**Requirements**:
- At least **2 years** in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record in customer experience or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in **Bahasa Melayu & English** (additional languages are a bonus).
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, with experience in using CRM tools.
